In addition to our standard discounts, Gant Travel will work with you to analyze your travel data and identify areas where we feel we can assist you with individual negotiated rates.

Air Travel

As a preferred partner with all major airlines, we have specialized relationships to provide: meeting fares and negotiated discounted fares, monitor compliance, airline upgrades, preferred pricing, and penalty-fee waivers where applicable – all at no additional cost to your organization.

Rental Car

To supplement your organization’s rental car program, Gant Travel/FROSCH offers savings opportunities with major car rental companies worldwide. Our flat-discount rates, which are available at major US and Canada airport locations, have no restrictions on class or car type.

Negotiated Rates

We work with clients to analyze travel data every 6-8 months to identify opportunities where we can assist by negotiating individual corporate rates. Once identified, we help contact vendors and facilitate negotiations. Our goal is to help you save money whenever possible by combining our buying power with your travel spend.
