All things, good and bad, must come to an end.
That includes the current restrictions and travel bans due to the global COVID-19 outbreak. Someday soon, “safer at home” orders will become a thing of the past and we’ll all be able to start freely seeing friends, family, and customers face-to-face instead of through our computer screens.
It also includes our old process for meetings and event travel.
This week, we are officially launching our new meeting planning tool, Gant Together!
Gant Together streamlines the entire process for meeting planners, allowing them to efficiently manage and monitor workflows to include applying unlimited meeting-level policy, easily inviting profiled AND non-profiled attendees, tracking registrations and reservations, monitoring meeting budgets, and more.
It also has a simple, user-friendly and self-service interface. Plus, full-service agent support is always available.
We are so incredibly excited to officially launch this newest “experience improving” technology and add it to our every-growing list of business travel services and products. It provides an easy way for planners to create a meeting, build an invitation, and complete registration all in a “policy controlled” environment. It gives the meeting planner: meeting data, registration summary, and travel itinerary for the entire meeting’s attendees. We’re even able to provide real-time reporting and analytics before, during, and after the event!
COVID-19 – With feelings of uncertainty consuming the travel industry as a whole, there are very few product launches right now, mostly because there are very few travel-based products that fit the current needs of planners and travel champions. Gant Together does. We know we weren’t alone at the beginning of the year when we cancelled all of our upcoming meetings, trainings, and conference travel. We also know we aren’t alone in our plans to reschedule all of these items in the future when our team is travelling once again. - Access key reporting and analytic dashboards for every meeting.
- See real-time travel and registration data on attendees.
- Integrate into our duty of care tool.
- Provide each meeting attendee a combined meeting registration and itinerary travel document that synchs to Concur Travel and TripIt.
- Enjoy the best in class cloud-based security (platform uses security via Salesforce, Domo, Travelport, Cirium).
