Reporting and data have always played an instrumental role in managing a travel program. Since March 2020, that role has expanded dramatically. Earlier this year we launched our “COVID-19 dashboard” to help our travel champions identify cancellations, define program impact, and monitor the levels of service we were providing to their travelers during those particularly trying months.
We’re happy to say, we didn’t stop there. Over the past few months, the data and technology teams have been working hard to build out additional reporting dashboards centered around helping, not only our travel champions, but also our travelers, executive sponsors, and accounting teams, to gain a better understanding of their bookings and travel spend.
Plus, we integrated COVID-19 case data right into our reservation detail!
Without further ado – we are officially launching our new Gant Reporting Insights and Data (GRID) dashboards!
As a client, on-demand access to standard GRID dashboards is included. In fact, they’re already live in your Gant Gateway portal. These targeted, permission-based dashboards will allow your whole organization to efficiently manage travel, visualize booking behaviors, and better leverage travel spend to achieve a measurable return on investment.

Travel Champion | Designed for day-to-day management, this dashboard offers quick access to the who, what, where, when, how, and how much of your travel program. State-level COVID case data is tied directly to past, present, and upcoming air and hotel reservations.
Quarterly Business Review | Maximize your ROI, monitor goals, track marketshare, and benchmark against the industry (and Gant clients) in this comprehensive program review.
Executive/Finance | For those focused in on the details, like budget spent and policy adherence, this dashboard makes simple work of analyzing current-year travel spend.
COVID-19 | Updated regularly, DOMO’s COVID-19 data and interactive card sets allow all of your travelers to access county-level case data from the Gant Gateway.
We will also be offering the following dashboard upgrades:
Smart GRID | Same dashboards, same portal, but with the added ability to “drill down” into the data to see the details of the card and the underlying reservation details.
Power GRID | Global dashboards are powered with your own fully-mapped data to allow sorting and filtering by SAP Concur Travel instance as well as custom fields captured at booking such as job number, department code, and employee number.
