Gant Together doesn’t just simplify meeting travel for planners, it also makes it easy for travelers to book their trips… even from their mobile devices. Planners can place travel guidelines and restrictions that differ based on the traveler or travel-group type. Then, attendees can book their flights and accommodations within corporate policy directly from their email invite. There’s even a mobile app for planners.
Duty of Care
Today, it’s more important than ever before that organizations can ensure duty of care for their travelers. With Gant Together, planners have anytime, live-data access to registrants, manifests, event-specific registration questions. Plus, they’ll also have access to our Travelers on the Road module. Travelers on the Road is an interactive mapping and reporting tool that offers a quick, detailed look at your travelers’ current and upcoming locations. It lets planners know any airport their flying from/to/through. This helps them stay ahead of impending travel risks (like COVID-19 outbreaks). To better help with the challenges faced during this COVID-19 outbreak, we’ve recently extended our Travelers on the Road window to show 30-day geo-mapped views of all air reservations. It can even recognize the difference between a canceled and active trip. We’re also actively working to connect CDC data on hotspots into our active reservations reporting.
