Instead of logging into a booking tool and navigating multiple steps, travelers can simply send an email request. For example, a traveler can send an email that states: “I need a flight from Chicago to Boston leaving May 22nd and returning May 26th. And I prefer early flights.” 

GIA Booking quickly returns policy-compliant options, allowing travelers to move forward faster with full visibility and control. And when needed, our agents are always there to step in and finalize bookings or provide additional support.

It allows travelers and travel managers to request past invoices via email and automatically receive what they need. No searching, no delays, no back-and-forth. Just a simple solution that eliminates a cumbersome task.

Plans change (often quickly) in business travel. Instead of calling an agent, travelers can simply send an emailed cancellation request. GIA Cancellation automatically identifies the booking and initiates the cancellation process in real time. 

(Note: GIA Cancellation does not complete cancellations. The traveler remains the decision-maker and is directed to their exact trip within the booking tool to finalize the request.)

For more intricate scenarios, our agent team seamlessly steps in to complete the process and provide guidance.

The job of Email Buddy is to turn our Gant agents into super agents.

By dynamically reading incoming emails and generating accurate responses, Email Buddy helps agents respond faster with quality and consistency. The result is a better experience for travelers and more time for agents to focus on complex requests.

It supplements our phone and email support by providing an alternative option for new bookings, exchanges, updates, and reservation questions.
